My Story

Growing up in Alabama with Cerebral Palsy, I learned early that the world is full of doors that weren’t built for everyone. I could have grown bitter. Instead, I grew determined.
I built Access For All, LLC out of a vision for a world where accessibility isn’t an afterthought, but a foundation. Where compliance isn’t the goal, belonging is.
I show up in boardrooms, conference halls, and government offices not as someone asking for accommodation, but as an expert demanding transformation. My wheelchair isn’t a limitation. It’s my greatest credential.
I am a consultant, a keynote speaker, and an advocate. And I am living proof that when one person refuses to accept a world not designed for everyone  the world can be redesigned.
